They were "Spurs" forward Victor Vembanyama in the West and "Detroit" point guard Cade Cunningham in the East.
Vembanyama averaged 36 points, 6.5 rebounds and seven assists. “San Antonio” took two games.
Cunningham had 27 points, 5.3 rebounds and 12.7 assists on average. The "Pistons" finished the stretch of games with a 2-1 record.
