Stephen Curry has surpassed LeBron James in annual earnings.

For the first time in 11 years, Lakers superstar LeBron James is not the player with the highest annual income in the NBA, surpassed by Stephen Curry (Golden State). Curry is set to earn around $155.8 million for the 2024/25 season, while James is set to earn $133.7 million.
The last player to surpass James in annual earnings was Kobe Bryant in the 2012-13 season.
The league's 15 highest-paid players will earn a total of $1.13 billion in salaries and sponsorship contracts, an 11% increase over last season. Rounding out the top five are Yannis Adetokumbo ($103.8 million), Kevin Durant ($97.9 million) and Damian Lillard ($66.8 million).
