Zach Eadie will return to the rehab process.

The "Memphis" rookie quarterback's return to action has been delayed several weeks after he had his left ankle evaluated Wednesday.

Edie suffered the injury on Nov. 17 in a win against "Denver". Thursday's game against "Sacramento" was the ninth game he missed because of the injury.

Earlier this week, there were signs that Edie was preparing to return to action. The No. 9 overall draft pick was sent to the "Memphis Hustle" so he could practice with the G-League's farm team. The "Grizzlies" weren't happy with the center's condition, so he'll be out of action for the next couple of weeks.

The 22-year-old Eadie is averaging 11.1 points and 6.9 rebounds on 60 percent shooting from the field.
